Confirm WooCommerce COD orders on WhatsApp, right from the orders screen
A small WordPress plugin for stores that confirm cash on delivery orders before booking the courier. No export, no copy and paste: every order in WooCommerce gets a WhatsApp button with the message already written.

What it adds to WooCommerce
- "Confirm on WhatsApp" column in the orders list, with WhatsApp confirm and Reminder buttons. They open your own WhatsApp (phone or WhatsApp Web) with the customer's name, items, total and address written in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English. You press send.
- Awaiting confirmation order status: new COD orders wait there instead of going straight to Processing.
- Mark confirmed / Cancel links on each order, and bulk actions for many orders at once. Each change leaves an order note.
- Flags for invalid phone numbers and short addresses. Numbers like 0300-1234567 are converted to the format WhatsApp needs.
- Thank-you page button (optional): "Confirm your order on WhatsApp", so customers can confirm before you even message them.
- Your own wording for the confirmation and reminder messages. Tested on WooCommerce 11.2 with classic order storage; it also registers the HPOS orders screen hooks.

If you get hundreds of COD orders a day, an API tool that sends automatically is the better fit. For up to a few dozen a day, one tap per order from the WhatsApp you already use is simpler and cheaper.

Does it send anything to your server? No. The plugin has no tracking and makes no outside requests; WhatsApp links open on your own device.
