Free WhatsApp order confirmation for WooCommerce COD orders

Many WooCommerce stores in Pakistan take most orders as cash on delivery. Here is a free way to confirm each one on WhatsApp before booking the courier, with no paid plugin and no WhatsApp API.

Step 1: export your new orders

WooCommerce's built-in Analytics export does not include phone numbers, so use any order export plugin that does (search the WordPress plugin directory for "order export"). Include these columns: order number, billing first and last name, billing phone, order total, item names, city and address 1. Filter to status "Processing" or "On hold" so you only get new COD orders.

No plugin? Open each order and copy the details into a Google Sheet with one row per order and a header row on top.

Step 2: load them into ConfirmKaro

Open the free tool, type your store name, choose Roman Urdu, Urdu or English, and drop the CSV (or paste the sheet rows). Columns such as "Billing Phone" and "Order Total Amount" are found automatically. Pakistani numbers like 0312-1112223 are converted to the format WhatsApp needs.

Step 3: send, mark, export

• Tap "Send on WhatsApp" on each order and press send in WhatsApp.
• When the customer replies 1, set the status to Confirmed; 2 means Cancelled.
• Switch to "Reminder for no reply" the next day for the ones that did not answer.
• Download "confirmed orders (CSV for courier)" for bulk booking, and set the same orders to "Completed" or your own status in WooCommerce.

Optional: let customers confirm themselves

You can also put a "Confirm on WhatsApp" button on the WooCommerce thank-you page so the customer messages you first. Add this to your child theme's functions.php or a code snippets plugin, and replace the number with your shop's WhatsApp number:

Customers who tap it confirm instantly; you still send ConfirmKaro's message to the ones who did not.
